Sophie Howarth Photography Rock Archive

Created in the heyday of Australia's music festival scene (1992-2014), the Sophie Howarth Photography Rock Archive, will be available online in 2022.

From the first to the last of those monster line-ups at the Big Day Out, Sophie's been there.

She's also covered Homebake, Summersault, Splendour in the Grass and the inaugural Garma Festival in Australia's Top End. She travelled with the bands to cover the tours and to create album artwork.

If you know the era, the chances are you'll recognise the work. Sophie's images have featured in major art galleries in Australia and have been published in magazines like Rolling Stone Australia and On the Street.
