Requests to research the Sophie Howarth Rock & Roll Archive can be made by email.

 

Sophie's work is available for sale and can be used for personal and commercial purposes. Rates reflect the usage required.

For a comprehensive search of Sophie's archive, a single fee of $250 is charged - payable upfront. This fee confirms your order and covers the costs to scan images and supply you with a digital proof sheet. The digital proof sheet will be watermarked (for selection purposes only). You don't have to order a print but proof sheets must be destroyed once the job has closed (which is when a decision is made to order a print or not).

How long will it take?
Archive searches can usually be completed in 14 days. Requests leading up to Christmas (and during exhibition preparation and installation times) may take longer. Let us know if there's any urgency to your request at the time of your request.

Do you offer framing?

Yes! Framing is available for Sophie's work. During peak periods and for custom sizes, turnaround times may take longer than usual.

 

What are the exact dimensions of your framed prints?

Sizes vary - you'll see this information on the shopping cart page. 

PACKAGING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Biodegradable packaging and carbon-neutral shipping is used where possible through Sophie's preferred supplier Sendle. All costs are detailed in the shopping cart. Sophie's returns policy will be available soon. For urgent requests, please email using the form at the bottom of this page.

IMAGE USE & COPYRIGHT

I like your photographs, can I use them?

It is a breach of copyright law to use or reproduce Sophie's work without written permission. To get permission email Sophie.

Can I licence your work for commercial and/or non-commercial purposes? 

Yes! We will send you a licence agreement for the usage granted. This agreement protects you and Sophie. Details of the schedule are set out for each particular agreement. 

All agreements require that Sophie's work be attributed with the words “by Sophie Howarth Photography” and must link to Sophie's website www.sophiehowarthphotography.com or (if the image appears in print) show Sophie's web address www.sophiehowarthphotography.com
